Thought i would show off the Sussex there a duel purpose bird we rotate them out at 3 year and we breed 3 or 4 times a year and give away for a small donation or process the ones we don't want for egg laying at about 4 1/2 to 5 months old. There a great bird to have in your flock.

Been very happy with the 2 Sussex I bought 3 years ago. Great egg production since they began laying. Will be getting a few more once the prices settle a bit.
