    Back in the veggy patch again and noticed a patch of hay in the sweet potato area was raised up so I had to investigate and golly gosh there was these rippers 5.5kg total. Yummy sweet potato chips for tea tonight. Dave

    that is amazing Wedgetail, I hope I get a yield half as good as that this year.

    Hi Vicky it's been a pretty good season this year with good rain through Jan/Feb I had covered the ground with plenty of mulch and let them just do thier own thing. Dave

    Pretty exciting when you get your first sweet potatoes and sooooo much nicer then the shops.
