Just a bit of a shortage of moisture and fertilizer.
You may be watering but is it staying around the roots or is the soil dry in the root zone?
Could be ants stealing the moisture which also restricts the amount of fertilizer available to the roots.

I'm having the same problem with my mint but we have had lots of rain here so I will try giving it some fertiliser.

Use soluble or foliar fertilizer if you can so the plant gets it asap.
Don't rely on the roots to be healthy enough to uptake fertilizer.
