Hi all,

Does anyone have a source for these in Australia?

Botanical name is Tropaeolum tuberosum.

Nasturtiums are one of my favorite plants. This variety has an edible tuber. So is 100% edible, roots, leaves, stems & flowers.

Would love to add it to my garden, but haven't been able to find anyone selling it so far.

Hi Andrew,

your post intrigued me because I always prefer perennials over annuals, ... but like oca it is just too damn hot here in Texas for this.

i did find a website that might ship from California to you and IF they are in stock you would a few varieties to choose from.
Good luck, please let me know if this helps.

Happy Gardening !

Thanks PJ, Australia are pretty strict on importing things, so I doubt they would be able to send them. I have found a possible supply in Australia, but not until spring arrives.

You could still give them a go in Texas, my annual Nasturtiums were fine over summer in Perth & we had plenty of days well over 100F. I had them in pretty much full sun, well mulched & slightly shaded at times by some succulents.
