My lemon tree seems very healthy for the most part, however almost all of the new leaves it sends out look rumpled and messed up with this weird sheen over them. Anyone seen this before/know what it is? And if so, how to get rid of it?
Thrips, scale, ants, mites all are having a field day. Leaves look a bit fleshy from too much nitrogen.
Trim the new growth, apply a general trace element foliar spray at the recommended rate.
Being autumn apply a dose of fruit tree fertilizer mid May to see the tree through winter, give it a good watering and remulch.
It does look like citrus leaf miner, checked the leaves and saw the little buggers chomping their way through. Thank you! Good to see that they can pretty much be left alone, was ready to suit up and attack haha
