HELP; whats wrong with my chickens?

    I just got baby chicks last week, 8 of them, and out of those 8, i tragically only have 2 left. I think they might be over heating today, does anyone know what this looks like? Heres a picture of them currently:

    Sorry to hear about the chicks. Never had little chicks before so can't help but I'm sure regulating their temperature would be very important. Despite it being autumn it is still pretty hot up our way.

    Getting some Point of lay maybe easier to start with. I know when I got my chooks I made a point of getting some that had been vaccinated.
