Hello from NC

I'm new to gardening and looking foward to learning a lot from everyone. I have 4 acres to work so I plan to start off small with a garden and progress up to chickens and other types of animals.

G'day Cut.
Good to have you here.
4 ac should give you plenty of room to play with.
Is NC climate reasonably moderate in terms of its winters?

Hi Cut
Welcome to the forum. Please excuse my ignorance, is NC, North Carolina?

Hey Cut,

thanks for joining SSC mate - I like your avatar (ex serviceman?).

We have 3 acres and I did the same as you started with a small vegetable garden and slowly built on over the past decade - it's great fun and very satisfying. Hopefully, you can share some of your projects with us and also feel free to ask any questions! :)
