Welcome:) You have a beautiful harvest you have there! I just bought a few little banana plants and I hope
to have success with them.
Do you happen to know what variety you have?

Without being 100% sure I think they are dwarf Cavendish. I have 4 bunches on atm. Each with 180-200 bananas on each bunch

Thanks DTK....they are going really well. I'm not following the usual rules on how best to grow them just letting them do their thing and getting good results

G'Day and welcome. Wish I had that tree in my patch.

What's timing to bag the fruit to stop pests attacking?

This is the first time I have actually bagged them. Pretty much as soon as you think a possum or bat might think they are ripe enough to eat....no rules with me

Welcome, just joined myself. Love those bananas mine done have anywhere near as many, how often do you feed them.
cheers
tom

This is the first year I've actually been feeding them. Basically every couple of months I think. I have plenty of mulch which has helped
