Great Recipe for fermented garlic fries that one of my friends wrote up.

Got this recipe from a friend, and i absolutely love garlic and fries so it just made sense. I've made about 4 batches so far, and i would definitely recommend maybe doubling or even tripling the recipe if you try them and end up liking them. It's been a lot easier to just take them out of the freezer and fry some up than to have to wait 4 days every time. I would also recommend some Big jars if you ever plan on making large batches.
