Hi everyone, I'm really sorry for my missing in action over the past few weeks... we're currently cruising along the Mediterranean coastline visiting Italy France and Spain.

I'll be back next week and plan to tell all about the food and lifestyle aspects of the tour.

    Here's a taste!

Heirloom tomatoes in France YUM :)

Just saw your first video since you got back Mark, I was starting to get withdrawal symptoms, it has been so long since your last one! :) I was reading a few self sufficiency things recently that were saying how you have to be careful that you don't build a prison for yourself, being unable to leave because there is so much stuff that needs doing, so it's great to see that you've been able to set things up so that you can still have a decent break from time to time.

Dont you hate going to these places and can not bring seeds home. So many varieties compared to here. Love a french market.
