    Well we were looking to add some meat and egg birds to our little acreage and were about to pull the trigger on some Australorps until we found these guy's
    22 Beautiful Brahma rooster n pullets, 3hr round trip this morning and they are all settled in

    These are a big breed, aren't they? Is this one of the reasons for getting Brahmas?

    Hey MArk
    indeed they are a large breed, they will be our meat birds as we move forward, we are lucky to have a close friend that breeds heritage chooks and she spins off all her unwanted roosters, so currently there are 13 wheatons in with the Brahma flock fattening up :)
