After the chilli I thought what else could I feed into the dehydrator so thought I might try the Spearmint leaves I have only used these fresh up to now .Morter and pestle them add hot water let sit for ten min drain liquid chill then pour over vanilla icecream delightful. Cheers Dave

Or simply grind the dried leaves to a fine powder, mix into a small amount of coconut oil, add to melted dark unsweetened chocolate to make a thick sauce.
Use the sauce as a base for many desserts.

HI Patty we make it into a tea and chill then use it as a summer refresher drink good change from plain water. Dave

Hi reeeen4 our's is a Lumina has 5 drying racks I think our daughter may have bought it from Aldi all push button digital settings had no trouble with it. Only fault for me is the trays holes are a bit big for chillis but you can buy inserts with smaller holes these are on our to do list. Hope this helps . Dave
