        Thanks Mark. It's daunting and exciting at the same time. The weather has been frustrating of late though. Blistering heat for 2 weeks then 83mm of rain in 24 hours, and back to heat again. I can't seem to keep the apple trees alive. The black soil must be too hard on them and I don't have the time every day to keep watering them. Just got to keep going with it.
