Just curious how many of you make their own vinegar from fruit scraps or alcohol. If so, what kind and whats your preferred method?

I'm just winging it I needed to get rid of the main solids because it was going all yucky and the fermantation stage at stopped anyway.It seems a bit early to do that, are you following a recipe?
