    Fermenting Green Tomatoes in Glass Jar

    I didn't end up doing it either - the tomatoes did ripen! They still needed cooking as they weren't as fresh looking as the bunches of delicious red ripe ones :) But I'm glad they didn't go to waste

    Never heard of them either but it is interesting! Soaking in brine and then dehydrating would probably make them taste quite nice I'd imagine.

    Yes those clip from Ikea are great I use then all the time . There are a few different sizes , if the opening is bigger than the clip I just fold the bag or what ever the opening in half etc....
